Built for gravel, adventure and mixed-terrain riding, this complete Shimano GRX Di2 2x12-speed groupset combines Shimano's fast, precise semi-wireless electronic shifting with a wide-range gravel drivetrain and powerful hydraulic disc brakes. A 48-31T double crankset paired with an 11-36T cassette gives you a huge spread of gears with small, even steps between them, so you can hold a comfortable cadence whether you're cruising flat gravel roads, rolling over endless dirt-road hills or grinding up a big backcountry climb. Everything you need for a complete build or a full drivetrain upgrade comes in one kit.
GRX DI2 SEMI-WIRELESS SHIFTING
GRX Di2 RX825 uses the same semi-wireless system as Shimano's Dura-Ace, Ultegra and 105 Di2 road groupsets. The shifters talk to the derailleurs wirelessly, while the derailleurs are powered by one central internal battery. That means no shift wires running from the bars, a cleaner cockpit, a simpler build and fast, reliable shifting on any surface.
- Wireless Shifters: The ST-RX825 levers connect wirelessly, cutting cable clutter at the front of the bike. Each lever runs on two CR1632 coin cell batteries with a 3-4 year life, so there's no charging needed.
- Smart Rear Derailleur: The RD-RX825 is the brain of the system, with the wireless unit and charging port built in. Charge the whole system through the rear derailleur with the included EW-EC300 charging cable.
- Central Internal Battery: The waterproof BT-DN300 battery sits safely inside the frame, protected over the roughest roads and trails. It powers both derailleurs through slim EW-SD300 wires with no junction box needed, which streamlines the build.
- SHADOW RD+ Chain Stabiliser: The rear derailleur's SHADOW RD+ clutch keeps the chain stable and quiet over rough gravel and helps stop chain slap and dropped chains. An on/off switch makes rear wheel removal easy.
- Tyre-Clearing Front Derailleur: The FD-RX825 braze-on front derailleur is designed for maximum tyre clearance, with a 2.5mm outward chain line offset that makes room for the wide tyres modern gravel bikes run.
- Customisable Buttons: Each lever has three Di2 buttons, two on the shift paddles and one on the inside of the hood. Set them up your way in the Shimano E-TUBE Project Cyclist app, including the new Front Shift Next function.
- Synchronised Shifting: Choose Full Synchro or Semi-Synchro shift modes and the system handles front shifts for you, so you can focus on the ride.
- Expandable: The levers work with Shimano's satellite accessory shift buttons (sold separately) for extra shifting positions on the tops, drops or aero bars.

- Hydraulic Disc Brakes: BR-RX820 flat mount calipers give strong, consistent stopping power with fine control on loose descents. A one-way bleeding process makes maintenance quick and easy.
- 48-31T GRX Crankset: The FC-RX820-2 2x12-speed crankset uses gravel-optimised gearing with a 17T front range, keeping gear steps tight for cadence control on rough surfaces. Available in 170mm or 172.5mm crank lengths.
- Wide Range Cassette: The CS-HG710 11-36T 12-speed cassette gives a 327% gear range, with gear steps tuned for pedalling efficiency. The first eight cogs are close together for smooth riding, and the four biggest cogs give you climbing gears without abrupt jumps.
- XT 12-Speed Chain: The CN-M8100 Deore XT chain gives smooth, quiet, efficient running and strong chain retention. It comes in 126 links with a quick link for easy fitting.
- Ice Tech Rotor: The RT-CL800 160mm Centre Lock rotor uses Shimano's Ice Technologies construction for great heat management and consistent braking, with quick and secure Centre Lock fitting.

Tracking
For orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse, NZ Post tracking is automatically emailed once the courier collects and scans your parcel. Supplier-direct tracking is not always supplied automatically, so please contact us if your expected dispatch timeframe has passed and you have not received tracking.

Hyper Ride Warehouse Tracking
Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Different Couriers
Split orders may use different courier companies and have separate tracking numbers. Please check the dispatch information shown against each item in your order confirmation.

Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
