THE NEW WIRELESS DEORE DI2
Deore Di2 is part of Shimano's new wireless MTB Di2 range, sharing the technology of the XTR and XT Di2 drivetrains. With no shift cable running through your frame, setup is cleaner, maintenance is easier and shifting stays consistent ride after ride, whatever the conditions.
- Precise Wireless Shifting: Wireless Di2 paired with Shimano's Hyperglide+ technology gives smooth, precise and instant shifts across the whole cassette, even under load on steep climbs.
- Tough Rear Derailleur: The RD-M6250 long cage rear derailleur is built to take the knocks of real trail riding, with a slim, strong body that sits tucked in out of harm's way.
- Automatic Impact Recovery: If the derailleur takes a hit, it automatically returns to its correct position, so you can keep riding with accurate shifting.
- Dual-Spring Chain Stabiliser: A dual-spring clutch keeps the chain stable and quiet on rough terrain, cutting chain slap and helping to stop dropped chains.
- Protected Derailleur Battery: The BT-DN320 battery sits inside the derailleur body, where it stays secure on rough trails. It removes easily for charging with the included EC-DN100 charger, and an LED indicator shows its status.
- RAPID ES Shift Switch: The SW-M6250 shift switch has short-stroke paddles with a clear, tactile click that helps prevent mis-shifts. It adjusts on multiple axes, giving you a familiar, natural fit. It runs on long-life coin cell batteries, so there's no charging needed.
- Shift Your Way: In the Shimano E-TUBE Project app, choose single-click shifting or hold-down multi-shift, and set up the programmable third button for extra system tuning and customisation.

- Clean Cockpit: The shift switch mounts straight to the brake lever with an I-SPEC EV clamp. That means fewer clamps on the bar, a tidier setup and easy fine-tuning of your control positions.
- Centre Lock Rotors: RT-CL700 rotors in 180mm and 203mm sizes give you strong, reliable braking, and the Centre Lock interface makes fitting quick and secure.

Specific Dispatch Timeframes
Some products require extra processing time. For example, "Logistics Warehouse – Allow approx. 2 working days before dispatch" or "Aus Stock – Dispatch in approx. 7–10 working days". Where a specific timeframe is displayed against an item, that timeframe applies.

Dispatch time is the time required for your item to leave the Hyper Ride warehouse or supplier warehouse. Courier delivery time begins after the item has been dispatched.

Signature Required

Tracking
For orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse, NZ Post tracking is automatically emailed once the courier collects and scans your parcel. Supplier-direct tracking is not always supplied automatically, so please contact us if your expected dispatch timeframe has passed and you have not received tracking.

Hyper Ride Warehouse Tracking
Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Different Couriers
Split orders may use different courier companies and have separate tracking numbers. Please check the dispatch information shown against each item in your order confirmation.

Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
