Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: Hyper Ride (New Zealand).

2. Eligibility: Open to New Zealand residents only. Entrants must be 18 years or older.

3. Entry: Sign up to the Daily Stoke Email to go in the draw. One entry per person.

4. Prize:

   • Mick Fanning MF 7’0 Double Rainbow – Super Soft (Sky) Surfboard (RRP $679)

   • $500 Hyper Ride Voucher

   • Total prize value: over $1,000.

5. Prize Draw: Winner will be drawn at random on 08/10/2025. The winner will be contacted via the email used to sign up.

6. Claiming Prize: If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Hyper Ride reserves the right to redraw.

7. Prize Conditions:

   • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

   • The Hyper Ride voucher must be used in a single transaction and cannot be redeemed for cash.

   • Surfboard colour/model is as stated and cannot be substituted.
