I just want to thank you for your outstanding service! I live out of town and do a bit of online shopping and I wanted to let you know that I think you all at Hyperride are really on to it! I’ve bought quite a few things from you over the last few years (soft deck boards, leg ropes, board cover, surf accessories clothing and rashes etc) and you always deliver the goods in record time. Your customer service on the phone is excellent - very helpful and friendly and your online communication is brilliant with immediate emails when the order’s gone through and updates on where the order is at. I've just bought a couple of cheap tyres. I am so impressed by the whole service. The webiste is easy to use, prices are displayed, no extra hidden costs, good coverage for local tyre shops to fit (in Whangarei), and the local guy was really friendly and helpful.

Nick and the crew at Hyper always take care of me whenever I take my car in for wheels, tints, lowering and sound systems - They're my first and only choice and i have been coming here for about 10 years. I recently took my Mazda in for a full makeover and I was more than happy with the price and what I received in return. Every time i've had my sounds done they've done an excellent clean and tidy job! If needed they can give you a loan car which many places don't! Highly recommend Hyper.

Just had a new stereo system, speakers and handsfree mic put into my son's car. The guy dealt with was very helpful. Once it was completed, one of their guys came out and ran through setting up the handsfree etc with us. Great service.

Excellent customer service. Went to Penrose shop on busy Saturday morning for roof and bike racks. The guy who served me took time to explain the different fittings, which would be best for my needs, and sorted the lock barrels to be keyed the same. Would definitely go back again for other products and services.

Just like to give some feedback - My first online tyre purchase was exceptional from checking the online specials and desired product, my inquiry response was quick with good advice, informed about order confirmation/dispatch/delivery, an actual person calling me about the order and the booking confirmation, and the actual fitting of the tyre's went without glitch. Thank you Hyper Drive Team, I have and will recommend this company in the future.

Thank you for that. My new tyres were fitted today in Christchurch as per my booking.

I am thrilled with the tyres and the service from HyperDrive - outstanding! The whole process was extremely easy and went seamlessly.

I have already told several friends about HyperDrive, and they are keen to hear about my experience with the fitting of the tyres in Christchurch. When I return to Kaikoura, I will let them know all was wonderful. I am sure you will get another customer or two out of it.

The roadside assistance is an amazing extra offering. Thanks again. I won't need to think too hard where to go for my next set of tyres.

First time trying this service, ordering online and having it fitted here in Christchurch, and it was really good. So seamless and straightforward.

First time using the repairer here in Christchurch, and they were great. Added in a wheel alignment, no issues and returned as quoted and bang on time.

I would like to thank you for the way the staff at Hyper dealt with my daughters when they came to get the new tyre fitted.

Staff were very professional (which they have found not to be the case at several other tyre centres), premises and waiting area were immaculate and the coffee was good. We will be using you again.
