Does what it says. Reasonably well made, good bright colour and good retro-reflective strip across the back. I wear and size XL jacket and bought a size XL. Fit is good. Zipper is a little hard to get started due to the zip garage at the bottom but it can be folded out of the way. Arm holes could be a little bigger as they fit snug to a jacket but they don’t restrict movement.
