Purchased these grip to replace the foam grips on my XC bike. They are firm but the D30 technology in the rubber compound works well and does absorb the impacts. Initial ride to test them out, Woodhill MTB park and then backed up with a Riverhead singletrack and gravel ride. They will be staying on the bike!
