I bought the MGP Madd Gear Origin 500 in the Laser Flip colourway for my son’s 9th birthday, and he absolutely loves it. He’s very park-focused, and this scooter has been ideal for helping him build confidence on ramps and start learning new tricks.
It’s lightweight, easy for him to control, and feels really solid for younger riders. As a parent, I was impressed with the quality and how well it’s held up to regular park use.
The Laser Flip finish looks awesome and really stands out, which my son is very proud of. Overall, it’s been a great scooter for his age and ability, and I’d definitely recommend it for younger riders getting into park scooting.
