Great rack—does exactly what it’s supposed to. Solid, stable, and no drama once it’s on.
My partner does find it a bit tricky to attach to the towbar, mainly due to the amount of force needed to clamp it onto the towball—but we get there in the end (consider it a free upper-body workout).
Not a fault of the rack itself, but clearer guidance on fitment requirements would’ve saved a bit of head-scratching. We had a standard 50 mm towball, but it turns out a 50 mm high-rise ball was needed for proper fit.
Aside from that, it’s a big improvement over the previous version (the 935). The ratchet system is much easier to use—definitely a step up from the old spinning “wheels of death.”
