I’ve been hunting for properly waterproof overshoes for ages - the Velotoze have so far proven a great success on that front. I initially bought the size L, to fit over size 46 Lake MX238 XC shoes, but on the first ride they exploded so I sized up to XL which is definitely the better choice.
Not too big a faff to put on, especially when the weather is bad enough to demand full waterproof capability. I’ve raced in these on what ended up being a pretty warm day and had no trouble with feet cooking.
