I recently bought the Oxford Deluxe Balaclava Micro Fleece. Although the cold weather hasn't arrived yet so I haven't tested it on a ride, the quality feels excellent—very soft, lightweight, and fits perfectly under the helmet.
I also want to praise the customer service. My first unit had a small defect, but they replied to my emails immediately. The replacement arrived the very next day.
