I recently purchased the Oxford Deluxe Balaclava Micro Fleece in black, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the brand's support.
The Product:
The micro-fleece material is incredibly soft and comfortable against the skin. It does a fantastic job of blocking the wind and retaining warmth without being too bulky, making it perfect for long rides in cooler weather. It fits snugly and stays in place comfortably under a helmet.
The Experience:
What truly stood out, however, was the customer service. My initial order arrived with a small defect, but the team responded to my emails almost immediately. They handled the exchange process professionally and with zero hassle.
The speed of the replacement was impressive: I had a brand-new balaclava at my doorstep the very next day. It’s rare to see such efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction.
