Product is great. No problems. I had an issue with delivery: I accidently put the incorrect address but noticed immediately and phoned the company. They asked me to email and they would inform the courier, as it hadn't yet been packaged or picked up. When it was picked up, I noticed the courier still had the wrong address. I even contacted them to change it, and even that didn't work - it was delivered to the wrong address, opened by strangers and I had to knock on their door and hope they'd be honest and return it. I felt like I did EVERYTHING I could to fix my mistake, but no one was able to follow up on requests to help me. Luckily we got them in the end, and they are great.
