Comfortable, with one exception, rubs your nipples on long bike park days, unless you wear merino underlayer. I am at the lowest end of XL sizing and am very happy with XL as it facilitates ease of removal and the merino underlayer. The Merino is a win-win, as without it you sweat like a mother. I actually run cooler with the merino and my nipples are happy all day long.
