Order two sizes up. I'm an 8, ordered a 9, needed a 10 for best comfort. Keeping the 9s because I can't be bothered returning and I'll deal with it, but just a wise word for those buying without trying on.
If you're an experienced skater, you're not going to go fast on these. They're purely cruisers. The boot gets visibly scratched quite easily because it's plastic, but that's just aesthetics.
That being said... I got them for about a hundred and they're good for that price. I would buy them again at that price, I'd recommend them to others who want to get into it, but they're light recreational use only IMHO.
Still love them and use them regularly, because I just wanted some wheels until I can afford good ones. They're fit for that purpose of just having a pair of reliable skates on hand so I'm happy.
