This was my first ever purchase of panniers and what a life changer for my commute to work, so much more enjoyable without a heavy rucksack on my back. I purchased two and they hold so much stuff, fit really well and even come with over shoulder straps for easy of carry once removed from the bike. I am yet to ride in the rain with them but they are incredibly well-made and designed that I have no doubt they will perform really well as a dry-bag. These are so good, and great value, that my friend also purchased a set when they saw mine.
