I bought this jacket a few months ago and I really like it. I ride for fun and fitness now, so haven't tested it in the rain! But it is completely windproof. It's what I would call a close fit rather than a loose fit, but it's not tight or restrictive of movement. It zips right up under my chin to make a comfortable seal around my neck (keeps the nasty draughts out!). It's well made, with a quality zip that looks like it will last. And it's mesh-lined, so will be comfortable against bare skin. The cuffs are a close fit, with velcro adjusting straps to seal more tightly on the wrist. There is a small internal breast pocket (about 120x120mm). Not big enough for your average cell phone, but handy for keys or garage door remote.
