The bag is functional and a good size. Plenty of pockets. It's no camelback and lacks some features of the more expensive brands. The bladder is quite difficult to drink from and I'm actually going to replace the bladder but keep the bag. The zips are only one way on the smaller compartments (single zip). Also there's no clip for the bladders mouth piece so it just hangs after being looped through. Definitely room for improvement but all in all an okay purchase
