THE NEW WIRELESS XTR DI2
The latest XTR Di2 is a completely wireless 12-speed Hyperglide+ drivetrain, designed around three goals: robust, intuitive and consistent. With no shift cable running through your frame, setup is cleaner, maintenance is easier and shifting stays the same ride after ride, whatever the conditions.
- Faster Wireless Shifting: A new wireless shifting protocol works with Shimano's Hyperglide+ cassette and chain design for quick, smooth shifts across the whole cassette, even under load on steep climbs.
- SHADOW ES Derailleur Design: The RD-M9250 rear derailleur has a low-profile, wedge-shaped body with a slick coating that tucks in tight and deflects rocks, roots and trail debris.
- Built To Survive: A wide link structure, carbon skid plate and solid pulley design make this the toughest XTR derailleur yet. The derailleur hanger is designed to absorb hard impacts, protecting your frame, and it's far cheaper to replace than a derailleur.
- Automatic Impact Recovery: If the derailleur takes a hit, it pivots out of the way and then automatically returns to its correct position, so you can keep riding with accurate shifting.
- Dual-Spring Chain Stabiliser: A new dual-spring clutch adds chain tension to cut chain slap, skipping and dropped chains on rough descents, with no clutch adjustment or servicing needed.
- Protected Derailleur Battery: The BT-DN320 battery is sealed inside the derailleur's wide link, not hanging off the outside where it could be damaged. It removes easily for charging with the included EC-DN100 charger.
- RAPID ES Shift Switch: The SW-M9250 shift switch has comfortable, tactile paddles and adjusts four ways on multiple axes, so you can set it exactly where your thumb wants it.
- Shift Your Way: In the Shimano E-TUBE Project Cyclist app, set the paddles to multi-shift when held down, click through for a double shift, or lock them to single shifts. A programmable third button can scroll your GPS screens or make derailleur trim adjustments on the fly.

- Wide 10-51T Range: The CS-M9200 12-speed cassette gives you a huge spread of gears, from an easy climbing gear for long, steep pinches to a tall top gear for fast descents and flat-out trail sections.
- XTR Enduro Crankset: The FC-M9220-1 170mm crankset is the enduro version of XTR. It uses HOLLOWTECH II forged construction and a thicker-walled spindle for extra strength, and runs a 55mm chain line.
- XTR Chainring: The SM-CRM96 32T direct-mount chainring is machined aluminium with reinforced leading edges for long life. It's quick to fit and easy to swap if you want a different gearing setup.
- 12-Speed XTR Chain: The CN-M9100 chain is made for smooth, quiet, efficient running across the whole cassette. It comes in 138 links with a quick link, so fitting and removal are easy.
- 4-Piston XTR Brakes: BR-M9220 4-piston calipers give you serious stopping power with the fine control you need for steep, technical terrain. New seals and Shimano's new low viscosity mineral oil keep braking consistent and fade-free on long descents.
- ICE TECHNOLOGIES Pads: Revised pads run cooler and reduce rattle, so the brakes stay quiet and work well even when you're on them hard.
- ERGO FLOW Levers: The new BL-M9220 brake levers use Shimano ERGO FLOW technology, with the pivot moved closer to the bar and an upswept blade shape. The result is a more natural feel and better control when the trail gets rough.
- Clean Cockpit: The shift switch mounts straight to the brake lever with an I-SPEC EV clamp. That means fewer clamps on the bar, a tidier setup and easy fine-tuning of your control positions.
- XTR Centre Lock Rotors: RT-CL900 rotors in 180mm and 203mm sizes handle heat well and brake reliably on long, fast descents. The Centre Lock interface makes fitting quick and secure.

Some products require extra processing time. For example, "Logistics Warehouse – Allow approx. 2 working days before dispatch" or "Aus Stock – Dispatch in approx. 7–10 working days". Where a specific timeframe is displayed against an item, that timeframe applies.

Dispatch time is the time required for your item to leave the Hyper Ride warehouse or supplier warehouse. Courier delivery time begins after the item has been dispatched.

Signature Required

Tracking
For orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse, NZ Post tracking is automatically emailed once the courier collects and scans your parcel. Supplier-direct tracking is not always supplied automatically, so please contact us if your expected dispatch timeframe has passed and you have not received tracking.

Hyper Ride Warehouse Tracking
Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Different Couriers
Split orders may use different courier companies and have separate tracking numbers. Please check the dispatch information shown against each item in your order confirmation.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
