Instead of CNC-machined aluminium, we use long carbon fiber-polymer composite injection. This allows for significantly lower density (around half that of aluminium) and greater design freedom for optimized internal geometry. The result is a valve that is not only lighter, but engineered differently from the ground up.
To eliminate unnecessary mass, we moved away from the traditional removable Presta core. Our design uses a bottom-sealing mechanism, inspired by early valve concepts from 1915's, where the sealing interface sits at the base rather than the top. This simplifies the internal structure and creates a more direct air path—without the typical restrictions of standard Presta cores. Sealing elements remain rubber to ensure reliable, airtight performance.

AETHER was engineered around a simplified internal structure with fewer interfaces and fewer areas where sealant residue can accumulate over time. And MTB? AETHER remains fully functional on MTB setups and retains the same advantages in simplified construction, direct airflow and reduced clogging. Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
