The Flat4 pedal is suitable for all types of people and the bikes they ride. It can be an excellent upgrade for your commuting or gravel bike, and its adjustable grip makes it ideal for endurance riders and roadies who prefer not to use clip-in pedals.
If you have an electric bike for the town or city, then Flat4 is the perfect pedal – its better grip means a safer journey, perfect for confident riding across town. Flat4 is also a great choice for triathletes as it offers maximum performance with running shoes.
The pedal comes with removable polypropylene treads and multiple pin fitting options, ensuring comfort, grip, and control regardless of what type of shoes you wear. These ‘tread’ features also mean these pedals won't damage the soles of smart shoes. Simple.
The smaller, concave platform of the Flat4 also makes a great choice for kids' mountain bikes – swap out the rubber treads for the optional extra DMR Pin Set for max grip, and the narrower profile is the perfect size for smaller feet and smaller bikes out on the trail. All grip, no slip.

We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
