For those looking for quick-and-easy, streamlined upper body protection without compromising on safety, the Hex Series Pull-Over Body Protect is ready to shred. With a smart design informed by our Hex Series, blends a low-friction outer surface and impact absorbing inner surface to severely limit damage in the event of a crash, while ramping up comfort and performance. The adjustable protection has been streamlined to cover your back and chest only, delivered in the form of our 3D-designed HexForm that absorbs and spreads hits, and a hard shell element that allows you to skid. Developed for full mobility and flex, we’ve thought about it all so that you have one less thing to think about on those pedal-ups.
Energy absorbing honeycomb structure: The heart of the HexForm technology is the honeycomb structure. The highlight: the hexagonal honeycombs differ in size, height and thickness. This allows the impact energy to be optimally dissipated in the event of a crash.
Ventilated and ergonomically shaped: A pleasant side effect of the honeycomb concept: the protector is extremely well ventilated. In the shoulder and waist area, elastic, adjustable straps hold the front and back sections in position and allow individual adjustment to the anatomy of the rider.
No compromises when it comes to protection!: Our Hex Pull-Over protector complies with the EN1621-2:2014 (Level 2) protection test standard for the back and EN1621-3 (Level 1) for the chest. Rural Delivery Information
Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

We currently offer standard shipping only for Australia. All Australian orders are first received at our Auckland HQ, where they are collated and processed for export before dispatch.
$25 shipping plus a 2% import fee. The fee may vary depending on the item.
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from dispatch.
Orders do not ship same-day. Processing and export prep can take up to 3 business days.
There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
