Riders are seeking faster actuation of their dropper posts with minimal force to the lever, allowing them to micro-adjust saddle height as needed on any terrain. To make Transfer Neo's actuation feel instantaneous, we needed a signal to reach the dropper at a speed faster than any wireless protocol that was already in-market. For this reason, we made Neo.
Like a Formula 1 race car, Neo has all the non-essential functions of its wireless protocol stripped away in favor of speed. How fast? Over 100x faster than Bluetooth and 20x faster than our closest competitor.
What does that mean on the bike? Virtually zero latency between actuating the dropper lever and your post moving to exactly where you want it.
Rise Above With Transfer Neo
Neo opened the door to FOX creating the best wireless dropper post in the industry, but it needed to do more than what riders already expected - a cleaner cockpit, easy installation and a short lever throw. Every element of Transfer Neo was critically designed, tested and improved through our Racing Applications and Development (RAD) program:

App Optmised
Transfer Neo is fully supported by the FOX Bike app. Riders can quicky access an overview of Transfer Neo components, download firmware updates and activate useful features like Bike Park Mode, Transport Mode, and monitor service interval tracking.
Bike Park Mode:Temporarily disables your Transfer Neo dropper lever, preventing accidental seat post extension when riding downhill trails.Bike park riders no longer need to flip their wireless dropper lever to the bar's topside to avoid accidental actuation. This mode can be quickly deactivated by rapidly pressing the lever four times, or via the app.
Transport Mode: is designed to conserve battery power in Transfer Neo while your bike is in transit (e.g. long car rides). When this mode is activated, Transfer Neo will power off automatically with its Shake to Wake functionality disabled. To deactivate Transport Mode, drop the rear of the bike from a few feet off the ground (allow it to bounce), or simply remove and reinsert the battery.
The Transfer Neo controller tracks and reports service intervals via the app. Previously, intervals were defined by ride hours. More accurately, Transfer Neo should be serviced once per 8,000 post actuations with app notifications when service is due. The app also displays service pricing and details, with the ability to create a service request or pinpoint nearby service locations.

Hyper Ride Warehouse
Products showing "In Stock – Ships from Hyper Warehouse" are stocked at our Auckland warehouse and are normally dispatched within 1 business day, unless a different timeframe is shown on the product listing, at checkout, or in your order confirmation.
Supplier / Logistics Warehouse
Products showing "Ships Direct from Supplier", "Ships from logistics warehouse" or similar wording are dispatched directly from one of our suppliers. These items are normally dispatched within 1 working day unless a different processing timeframe is displayed.
Specific Dispatch Timeframes
Some products require extra processing time. For example, "Logistics Warehouse – Allow approx. 2 working days before dispatch" or "Aus Stock – Dispatch in approx. 7–10 working days". Where a specific timeframe is displayed against an item, that timeframe applies.
Dispatch Time vs Delivery Time
Dispatch time is the time required for your item to leave the Hyper Ride warehouse or supplier warehouse. Courier delivery time begins after the item has been dispatched.
The dispatch timeframe shown against the individual product on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation takes priority over the general timeframes on this page.
If your order contains products from more than one dispatch location, your items may be sent separately and arrive at different times. Each parcel may also have a different courier and tracking number.

We recommend delivery to a non-rural town or workplace if you would like to avoid the rural surcharge.

Rural Delivery
Rural deliveries can take an additional 1–3 working days. Exact delivery times can vary depending on the local rural courier route and service frequency.
Signature Required
Orders are sent signature required by default. If you provide permission to leave in your shipping notes, the courier may leave the parcel without a signature where their service allows.
PO Box Delivery
Orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse via NZ Post can be delivered to PO Boxes. Supplier-direct PO Box delivery depends on the supplier's nominated courier. If required, we may contact you for a physical street address.
Shipping Days
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Working-day dispatch and delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or edits before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
Tracking
For orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse, NZ Post tracking is automatically emailed once the courier collects and scans your parcel. Supplier-direct tracking is not always supplied automatically, so please contact us if your expected dispatch timeframe has passed and you have not received tracking.

Hyper Ride Warehouse Tracking
Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Different Couriers
Split orders may use different courier companies and have separate tracking numbers. Please check the dispatch information shown against each item in your order confirmation.

We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
