In the many years of development work between Ergon and world-class triathletes like Jan Frodeno, Laura Philipp and Jan Stratmann, it was clear that triathletes differ with two sitting types � Front and Mid. This applies to both men and women. Some female riders put more weight on the middle section of the saddle and round their backs significantly. Others sit on the front part of the saddle and keep their back lower and straighter.

As the symphysis (pubic arch) in women is 25 percent lower than in men, an especially high level of relief is required in this area. The highly flexible 3D printed insert achieves this by supporting the load-bearing area in the relief channel. The adapted flexability of the insert can generate additional support while improving the overall relief of the genital area.
PRECISE AND EASY SETUP
BMR line for optimum adjustment
The BioMechanical Reference line (BMR line) is marked on the saddle surface of all SR Tri saddles. This shows the meridian of the saddle � the point at which the saddle is exactly 75 millimeters wide. The BMR line is a reference point for the correct fitting of height, fore/aft position, inclination and the correct saddle nose distance. The BMR line is also an important reference point for precise adjustment using our Fittingbox Road.

Specific Dispatch Timeframes
Some products require extra processing time. For example, "Logistics Warehouse – Allow approx. 2 working days before dispatch" or "Aus Stock – Dispatch in approx. 7–10 working days". Where a specific timeframe is displayed against an item, that timeframe applies.
Dispatch Time vs Delivery Time
Dispatch time is the time required for your item to leave the Hyper Ride warehouse or supplier warehouse. Courier delivery time begins after the item has been dispatched.

Signature Required

Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.

Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
