So we knew we needed to come to the rescue with a rad new tool that quickly and easily allows you to clean and lube your eBike.
Our new eBike precision machined drivetrain tool contains three different sized tool bits, which snap into place with a magnetized connection, all wrapped up in a durable CNC machined 6061 aluminium body. It fits straight onto your chain ring, so you can spin your crank backwards, and the protective silicone sleeve prevents any crank damage.
It comes supplied with a handy lanyard and carabiner clip, so you can keep the tool on hand for when your drivetrain needs some lovin’!

- Unscrew the top cap then remove the tool bit holder from inside the body.
- Select the appropriate tool bit for your crank (5mm, 6mm Hex, T30 Hex) then place the tool bit holder back inside and re-screw the top cap on.
- Place the selected tool bit into the end of the tool. You will feel it magnetically snap into place.
- Place the tool bit into place on your crank bolt, ensuring it is in straight and central.
- Slowly backpedal until the crank buts up against the silicone sleeve on the body of the tool.
- Rotate the crank backwards whilst holding the pedal to carry out your cleaning and lubricating regime.
- When removing the drivetrain tool from the chain bolt you may need to pedal forward slightly.
- Carefully remove tool and store tool bit back inside tool bit holder
NB: Periodically spray a protectant such as HCB-1, MO-94 or Bike Protect onto the end and magnet to ensure there is zero corrosion

Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
