Expanding Microcell Sponge
- Ergonomic shape for maximum comfort and ease of use

- Place it in water and watch it grow
- Shake bottle vigorously
- Spray Bio Degreaser all over the drivetrain including cassette, chainrings, chain and derailleurs
- Leave for up to 1 minute and agitate with a Claw Brush if required
- After agitation thoroughly rinse off with water making sure all of the formula has been removed
- Rinse the entire bike with water
- Spray Nano Tech Bike Cleaner over the bike frame and wheels and leave to soak for a few minutes before aggitating with a Microcell Sponge and rinsing with water
- Now apply Bike Protect to the bike frame and polish with the Microfibre Cloth to disperse moisture
- Ensure drivetrain area is dry
- Apply a moderate amount of Dry Lube to the inside chain link while spinning pedals in a reverse motion
- Wipe away any excess lube

Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
