Muc-Off Snow Foam is the result of extensive in-house research and development by our team of detailing experts. Our formula will significantly reduce the possibility of damage to paintwork by breaking down stubborn dirt and road film, preparing the vehicle for shampooing and detailing. Snow foam is a new generation pH neutral, water-based pre-wash treatment. It's designed to soak and saturate soiled paintwork prior to the application of our pH balanced car shampoo.
Our Snow Foam formula is gentle and suitable for use with all pressure washer foam lances. Formulated specifically to offer maximum COVERAGE, snow foam rinses off easily with water. Developed to protect wax treatments.

- Fill your snow foam lance with Muc-Off Snow Foam formula or if using a Foam Spaying bottle we recommend 1 part Snow Foam to 3 parts water.
- Adjust the settings on the lance to increase or decrease the amount of Snow Foam you wish to apply
- Apply Snow Foam to the vehicle, starting at the bottom and then working your way to the top, building up a thick layer of foam covering all exterior surfaces, including glass and wheels
- Leave the foam to dwell for 3 - 5 minutes (avoiding direct sunlight) to allow the formula to lift the dirt and grime
- Rinse the vehicle again using a pressure washer. You're now ready for the rest of your Clean, Protect, Lube process!
WHAT IS SNOW FOAM AND WHAT DOES IT DO?
Snow Foam is a pre-wash treatment that helps to break down and remove the dirt and grime that accumulates on your car / motorcycle / bicycle's paintwork. Once the Snow Foam treatment has been completed, you're ready for the wash (shampoo) stage.
HOW LONG SHOULD I LEAVE SNOW FOAM ON FOR?
You should ideally leave Snow Foam to settle for 3-5 minutes (avoiding direct sunlight) before washing it off. You don't want it to dry completely, but allow it enough time to agitate the dirt and lift it away from the surface of the paintwork.
DO I NEED TO DILUTE THE SNOW FOAM OR CAN I USE IT STRAIGHT IN THE SNOW FOAM LANCE?
It can be used straight into a snow foam lance for a thicker foam or dilute to a ratio of 1 part Snow Foam to 3 parts water, it all depends on how thick you would like it. Choose the ratio that is best for you.
SHOULD I RINSE MY CAR / MOTORCYCLE BEFORE USING SNOW FOAM?
Yes we always recommend a pre-rinse before using Snow Foam.
SHOULD I WASH MY CAR / MOTORCYCLE WARM OR COLD?
We always recommend to wash your car or motorcycle cold and once the engine has cooled completely.

Yes, our Snow Foam formula is super gentle on all types of finish, whether it's a car, bike or motorcycle.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SNOW FOAM AND NANO TECH CLEANER?
Our Snow Foam formula has been specifically designed as a pre-wash treatment to initially lift grime and dirt from paintwork. It tends to predominantly be used on cars or motorcycles where the level of baked on grime from hot engines and exhausts is greater than that commonly found on a bicycle. Nano Tech Cleaner is a cleaning product to be used in conjunction with a brush or sponge to actively remove dirt.

Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
