How many carbs and electrolytes do I need?
During intense activity, your body relies on carbohydrates for energy and electrolytes�particularly sodium�for hydration and sustained performance. Each serving provides 30g of carbohydrates and 360mg of sodium, with intake increasing based on duration and intensity.
For shorter sessions, around 30�60g of carbs per hour is typically sufficient. For endurance efforts over four hours, you may need between 90�120g per hour. Sodium intake should also scale with your sweat rate, conditions, and personal needs to help maintain fluid balance and avoid dehydration.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
