Enhanced wing reduces pressure
Ergon once again sets a benchmark in ergonomic grip design with the GS1 Evo. Cyclists can look forward to an ergonomic grip with a high-performance wing. Pressures on the hand are distributed evenly and the wrists are supported protecting the sensitive ulnar nerve. Numb fingers and aching hands are a thing of the past.
Say �Good Bye� to pain
If the wrists are bent too much while cycling, the carpal tunnel can be pinched off resulting in a burning pain in the hand or forearm. The GS1 Evo fully supports the wrists. The flexible wing, which is perfectly adapted to the hand, ensures a form fit between the hand and the grip. Hand and wrist pressures are distributed evenly over the wing, relieving the carpal tunnel, and preventing pain.

Thumb, fingers, palm: these three hand zones you grip and control your bike while riding. The GS1 Evo has special textures for each of these areas adapted to the ergonomics of the hand for control and safety.

The GS1 Evo has been optimized in its design and features a completely new rubber compound for sporty touring and fitness rides. The GS1 Evo also has slightly smaller shape then our bestselling GP1 making it ideal for dynamic riding.
Small or Large � A size suited for any hand
To ensure that the GS1 Evo fits in hands of all sizes, we offer two sizes. The difference between Small and Large is the grip thickness in hand. A larger hand has a better fit on a thicker grip than on a thinner one. Accordingly, a thinner grip fits a small hand best. For hand/glove sizes 6.5� � 8.5� we recommend size Small, for 8.5� and larger you should choose Large.

The T�V-certified, toxin-free, medical grade rubber compound found in the new GS1 Evo is unique for bicycle grips. The rubber compound has the highest quality standards and meets the German toy and food safety standards. The is very important for riders who like to ride without gloves and have continuous direct skin contact with the grips. The UV-stable rubber compound is developed and manufactured exclusively for Ergon in Germany.
PLAY IT SAFE � Simple and secure clamp
Thanks to the high-quality aluminum inboard clamp you can adjust the wing angle of the GS1 Evo to the perfect position. A single clamp bolt allows for easy installation and a twist-proof ride. In addition, the inboard clamp allows the rider to comfortably grab further out on the outside of the handlebars.

Supplier / Logistics Warehouse
Products showing "Ships Direct from Supplier", "Ships from logistics warehouse" or similar wording are dispatched directly from one of our suppliers. These items are normally dispatched within 1 working day unless a different processing timeframe is displayed.
Specific Dispatch Timeframes
Some products require extra processing time. For example, "Logistics Warehouse – Allow approx. 2 working days before dispatch" or "Aus Stock – Dispatch in approx. 7–10 working days". Where a specific timeframe is displayed against an item, that timeframe applies.
Dispatch Time vs Delivery Time
Dispatch time is the time required for your item to leave the Hyper Ride warehouse or supplier warehouse. Courier delivery time begins after the item has been dispatched.

If your order contains products from more than one dispatch location, your items may be sent separately and arrive at different times. Each parcel may also have a different courier and tracking number.

Signature Required
Orders are sent signature required by default. If you provide permission to leave in your shipping notes, the courier may leave the parcel without a signature where their service allows.
PO Box Delivery

Tracking
For orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse, NZ Post tracking is automatically emailed once the courier collects and scans your parcel. Supplier-direct tracking is not always supplied automatically, so please contact us if your expected dispatch timeframe has passed and you have not received tracking.

Hyper Ride Warehouse Tracking
Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Different Couriers
Split orders may use different courier companies and have separate tracking numbers. Please check the dispatch information shown against each item in your order confirmation.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
