• Medium: $19.99 per item (Bodyboards, Board Bags, Longboard Skateboards, Moto Boots, and Moto Helmets).
• Large: $29.99 per item (Snowboards, Snowboard Packages, Kneeboards, Wakeboards, Water Skis, and Bikes).
• XLarge: $29.99 per item (Inflatable Stand-Up Paddle Boards).

Auckland Central - Urgent Tonight

• Delivery: Orders placed between 8am-2.30pm will be delivered between 6pm-9pm on the same day.

• Availability: Monday to Friday.

Bulky Items (Surfboards, Roof Boxes, Large Bike Racks)

• Delivery Time: Up to 10 days based on location within New Zealand.
• Cost: Auckland $29, Rest of the North Island $69, South Island $99.
• Note: Surfboards, Roof Boxes, and Large Bike Racks require special transport arrangements.

Rural Delivery Surcharge

• Surcharge: $9.99 for any rural delivery.
• Note: We recommend delivery to a non-rural town or workplace to avoid this surcharge.

Waiheke Island Delivery Surcharge

• Surcharge: $30 due to high courier surcharges.
• Recommendation: Consider delivering to a friend in Auckland City who can bring it out.

• Rural Delivery Information: Please be aware that delivery times for rural areas may vary based on the frequency of service in your specific location. Rural couriers may visit some areas once a week. To ensure accurate delivery information for your rural address, we recommend contacting your local rural courier service.

Australia Standard Nationwide

• Cost: $19.99 + 2% import fee (may differ based on the item).

• Delivery Time: 4–6 business days from the time of dispatch (please note this is an estimate).

  Orders do not ship the same day. All Australian orders first come into our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This means dispatch can take up to 3 business days after your order is placed.

Multiple Items in an Order

If you order multiple items, they will all be collated at our Auckland HQ warehouse and shipped together. Your order will arrive to you in full.

Remote Areas

Delivery to rural and remote areas in Australia (WA, NT, Far North QLD, etc.) may take longer than the standard 4–6 business days.

Shipping Options

We currently offer standard shipping only. There are no express options available for Australia.

Shipping Schedule

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (NZ time).

• Daily cutoff time for processing is 3 pm (NZ time).

• Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your parcel has been scanned by Team Global Express, you will automatically receive a tracking link via the email address provided at checkout.

Customs & Duty Charges

All international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. We also cannot mark orders as gifts to avoid or reduce customs fees.
