IMPORTANT: To determine the correct bolt length for your setup, please measure the bolts on your bike. Each frame and model typically requires different lengths, so we are unable to advise exact sizes. The simplest way is to measure directly: measure from the top of the thread to the underside of the bolt head (do not include the head itself). Front bolts are usually the same length, most often around 15 mm. Rear bolts are almost always different, so be sure to measure both individually. A difference of about 1.5 mm longer or shorter is acceptable and will not affect performance. Remember to use threadlocker.
Why normal bolts are flawed
When it comes to braking performance, alignment is everything. Yet most caliper bolts—even premium titanium upgrades—suffer from the same flaw: excessive friction between the bolt head and washer. As torque is applied, the caliper shifts out of position, turning a simple adjustment into a frustrating, time-consuming task.
Why it happens
Standard hardware is usually left uncoated or treated with black oxide, both of which create high surface friction. Even titanium-on-titanium setups aren’t immune. Without the right surface treatment, the interface drags, pulling the caliper off-center just when accuracy matters most.

Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
