Dual TiltAssist damper
The dual TiltAssist damper makes handling practically effortless. Simply push down the tilt release lever and tilt the rack down, roll up the bikes, give the tilt release lever a second pushdown, and raise the rack back up. The damper makes it a breeze as it gives you weight assistance in both directions with bikes loaded.

Engineered for convenience, the rack',s tilt-down feature grants easy trunk access. Loading is quick and straightforward &ndash, simply roll your bikes in and out of the wheel baskets with minimal lifting efforts. Save all your energy for the upcoming ride!

- Dual direction tilt assist damper with memory function - The hydraulic damper provides weight assistance, making it easier to both lower and raise the rack with bikes fully loaded. Accessible tilt release handle for tilting the rack. The rack locks itself when tilted down in the load position. By gently pushing the handle down, the memory function activates which allows the user to let go of the handle and use both their hands to push the rack back up again
- Easy boot access - With bikes mounted, the boot is accessible with a push down handle tilt
- Compatible with the full fleet of bikes - 20-29", wheels (20-24", accessory insert sold separately) with tires wide as 5", (3-5", accessory wheel basket sold separately)
- High load capacity - The high load capacity of 25kg per bike and a max carrier load capacity of 100kg makes it possible to transport the heaviest bikes and lighter E-bikes

There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
