Gravel riders! Trying to take on the toughest terrain with confidence? XC racer, need more performance out of your tyre? Look no further than the Rimpact Gravel/XC insert. Specifically designed for the needs of gravel riding and XC racing, this innovative insert delivers incredible puncture protection and impact absorption, so you can focus on the ride ahead.

Rimpact Gravel/XC will solve the issue of punctures, burps and blowouts when running low pressures. By allowing you to run lower pressures to gain more traction whilst retaining bottom out resistance, you can push as hard as you can, on the track or in the back country, without fear. Gain bottom sidewall support, rim protection and a run flat insert to boot, all in a minimal weight penalty!

Compatible with Clincher Tubeless rims and Hookless Rims. If you ruin Hookless, be aware that these inserts will let you run such low pressures that the Hookless technology may be unable to retain the tyre and cause blow outs. Adhere to the min and max recommended tyre pressures listed by the tyre AND rim manufacturer.

Use in conjunction with sealant. About 25% more sealant is required than recommended on the bottle to ensure the extra surface area of the insert is coated with plenty of fluid to spare. Our inserts are closed cell and cannot absorb liquid however some sealant will cling to the outside of the insert requiring a slightly higher dosage. It can be injected through Rimpact Valves or poured directly into the tyre.

Australia Standard Nationwide

Cost: $29.99 + 2% import fee (may differ based on the item).
Delivery Time: 4–6 business days from the time of dispatch (please note this is an estimate).

Orders do not ship the same day. All Australian orders first come into our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This means dispatch can take up to 3 business days after your order is placed.

Multiple Items in an Order

If you order multiple items, they will all be collated at our Auckland HQ warehouse and shipped together. Your order will arrive to you in full.

Remote Areas

Delivery to rural and remote areas in Australia (WA, NT, Far North QLD, etc.) may take longer than the standard 4–6 business days.
