EASY APPLICATION
- Stan's Sealant can be either poured directly into the tyre or injected through the valve stem using our Sealant Injector.
- Suitable for road, gravel and mountain bikes.
- Use approximately 60ml for most road tyre applications, or 100-120ml for modern high-volume mountain bike tyres. Gravel tyres may need something between the two, depending on the volume you're running.
LONG LASTING
- Stan's Sealant has an extremely long and stable shelf life once opened and will remain liquid for up to several months in tyres.
- Stan's Sealant can be quickly and easily topped up as needed by injecting more through the valve stem after removing the valve core.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
