For the last 18 years Sang Lee [owner] worked with 5.10, Sang Lee owned the production facility and took care of all R&D and production for 5.10
Unparallel shoes was started by Sang Lee in 2017. Sang Lee is close friends with the founder of Five Ten, Lee handled development and production of Five Ten rock-climbing and bike shoes up until Adidas closed the Five Ten Redlands outlet in 2017 and ceased partnership with Lee’s Fullerton-based factory.
After parting ways with Five Ten, Lee started UP and brought along former employees for production in California and for new a UP gym in Redlands where Five Ten headquarters were.
About the Shoes
The high-performance Up Link mountain biking shoe is the versatility you need for long days in the saddle or very short, very fast race days. Constructed of breathable synthetic TPU leather, your feet will feel energized all day long and the patented “virtually damping” rubber sole will absorb energy and vibration during your ride. With the lacing and velcro-combined system, you’ll get exceptional performance and confidence, even on the most demanding trails. Clip-in, turn-on, tune-out. Available in Black/Charcoal Grey or Charcoal Grey.

Description
The UP link low cut is a clipless compatible shoe designed for all mountain use. Working with Shimano, Crankbrothers, Time and Mavic cleats and pedal systems, the UP Link outsole is designed with a few unique features for all mountain madness.
Constructed with a dual compound outsole using higher durometer RH compound for the outer perimeter and softer, vibration absorbing VD compound for the center tread.
Cleat fasteners are internally mounted keeping the bolt head protected. No more hassling with stripped and mangled cleat bolts. Our goal was to make cleat adjustment quick and hassle free.

There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
