Put simply, our Professional Chain Lube really is very special unlike any other chain lube out there.
Directions for use: For best results ensure the Professional Chain Lube is between 8 and 20C and apply to a clean chain
- Twist top cap to regulate flow
- Apply a drop of lube to each roller
- Rotate chain for 20 seconds
- Wipe off excess with clean cloth
- Leave to cure for 3-4 hours before use
Handy hint: In cold temperatures, heat the Professional lube in a warm cup of water for 1-2 mins or leave on a radiator
We have also switched to Prevented Ocean Plastic plastic where the plastic is ethically collected from beaches around the world and returned to be recycled into our bottles. This is an environmentally sustainable solution for reusing single-use and discarded plastics.

Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.

There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
