OPTICAL DESIGN WITH HIGH BEAM & LOW BEAM
High Beam: Enables the bicycle front light to emit a long-distance, strongly focused beam with the maximum brightness comparable to that of a car headlight. This mode is highly suitable for off-road cycling.
Low Beam: Enables the bicycle front light to emit a wide-distance cut-off beam, which can prevent strong light from dazzling pedestrians. This mode is very suitable for urban cycling.

NIGHT RIDE ENHANCED BY LUMINOUS REMOTE
This is a wireless remote controller with a luminous design. Absorbing enough sunlight in the day, it emits green fluorescence at night. When cycling at night, you can easily find the button positions of the remote controller. Facing emergencies, you can react promptly, turn on and adjust the light to ensure cycling safety.
Remote contains a long-lasting battery fit for more than 8000 cycles.
Featuring a high-capacity 10,000mAh battery, Raptor offers a convenient power bank functionality, allowing you to charge your mobile devices and remain connected and powered during long rides or in emergency situations.
Bicycle headlights will be equipped with a C-C data cable that can input and output current.
POWERFUL INTELLIGENT BATTERY PROTECTION FUNCTION
Battery life protection: over-charge protection, over-discharge protection, short circuit protection and temperature control protection.
When the temperature of the bicycle headlight is higher than 75°C, it will automatically switch to the low steady. It will not switch back to the original brightness gear until it detects that the temperature is lower than 65°C. When the temperature of the bicycle headlight is higher than 90°C or lower than -20°C, it will enter the "protection mode" - flashing 3 times and then turning off for 1 second in a loop. It will not exit the "protection mode" until the temperature returns to normal.
This bicycle headlight features an aluminium alloy CNC shell. It's hard, durable, heat-resistant, and enables efficient heat dissipation. The exterior structure is designed to reduce wind resistance. Engineered to withstand cycling challenges, it combines style and sturdiness, enhancing your bike's beauty.

As a powerful bicycle headlight, Raptor is rated IPX6 waterproof, ensuring it can handle various weather conditions without performance compromise. With it, ride confidently through rain, mud, and splashes. It's a perfect bike front light for urban and off-road cycling.
The Gaciron RAPTOR bike headlight has solved the problem that headlights with cut-off beams couldn't be installed upside down. By changing the shell structure, especially designing detachable installation bases on the upper and lower parts, you can fix the base on the lower part for installing above the handlebar, and vice versa for installing below. Thus, RAPTOR changes the installation method without reversing the bike headlight.

Products showing "Ships Direct from Supplier", "Ships from logistics warehouse" or similar wording are dispatched directly from one of our suppliers. These items are normally dispatched within 1 working day unless a different processing timeframe is displayed.
Specific Dispatch Timeframes
Some products require extra processing time. For example, "Logistics Warehouse – Allow approx. 2 working days before dispatch" or "Aus Stock – Dispatch in approx. 7–10 working days". Where a specific timeframe is displayed against an item, that timeframe applies.

Signature Required
Orders are sent signature required by default. If you provide permission to leave in your shipping notes, the courier may leave the parcel without a signature where their service allows.

Tracking
For orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse, NZ Post tracking is automatically emailed once the courier collects and scans your parcel. Supplier-direct tracking is not always supplied automatically, so please contact us if your expected dispatch timeframe has passed and you have not received tracking.

Hyper Ride Warehouse Tracking
Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Different Couriers
Split orders may use different courier companies and have separate tracking numbers. Please check the dispatch information shown against each item in your order confirmation.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
