Q. Do I need to buy a Loop120 adapter?
The adapter is designed to enhance the stability and smoothness of calling experiences when connecting a headset to a computer.
The Loop120 enhances Bluetooth connection stability and improves compatibility with meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams, supporting features such as synchronized mute, volume adjustment, one-click answering, and call blocking.
The benefit of purchasing OpenComm2 UC is that the included Loop120 comes already paired (plug-and-play), whereas purchasing the adapter separately means the user needs to pair manually with the OpenComm2 headset.

- Surcharge: $30 due to high courier surcharges.
- Recommendation: Consider delivering to a friend in Auckland City who can bring it out.

Orders do not ship the same day. All Australian orders first come into our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This means dispatch can take up to 3 business days after your order is placed.
Multiple Items in an Order
If you order multiple items, they will all be collated at our Auckland HQ warehouse and shipped together. Your order will arrive to you in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural and remote areas in Australia (WA, NT, Far North QLD, etc.) may take longer than the standard 4–6 business days.
Shipping Options
We currently offer standard shipping only. There are no express options available for Australia.
