ALPHA CARGO
Riding by yourself is fun, but riding with a friend is even better. When we set out to make an electric cargo bike we knew it had to be fast, fun, and capable of hauling a wide variety of gear. So we included the same powerful motor that we use on our already popular Alpha Murf. Then we built in a super strong rear rack with a bamboo platform seat along with mounting points for optional running boards (foot rests, available in our parts section). The super bright, off-road style headlight illumnates the ground far in front of you on those evening rides and the color display keeps you informed of speed, battery level, and distance travelled. How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
