A timeless straight leg, regular waist 5-pocket jean with added side leg phone pocket, double knee patch reinforcements and co-branded embroidery on the coin pocket. A laidback key piece constructed with comfort washed 100% 12OZ cotton, ready for skateboarding’s abuse.

Since its inception in January 1981, Thrasher Magazine has been the definitive voice of skateboarding culture. Founded by Kevin Thatcher, Eric Swenson, and Fausto Vitello in San Francisco, California, the magazine was initially a promotional tool for the Independent Truck Company, owned by Swenson and Vitello. However, Thrasher quickly transcended its original purpose, becoming a central pillar of the skateboarding community capturing the raw, rebellious spirit of the skateboarding community. From the first issue in 1981 It focused on the underground and DIY aspects of skateboarding, often featuring gritty, unpolished images and stories that resonated with skaters who saw themselves as outsiders. One of the key elements of Thrasher's success was its authenticity.The magazine was created by skaters for skaters.

Dickies was first adopted by skaters in the late 1980s and early 1990s, particularly in Southern California, which was the epicenter of skateboarding culture at the time. This period marked a shift in skateboarding from its early association with punk rock and rebellion towards a more street-oriented, DIY ethos.Skaters in this era were looking for clothing that was both durable Versatile and affordable, and Dickies workwear fit the bill perfectly. During this time, skateboarding was still a subculture that often involved repurposing everyday items for the sport. Skaters turned to Dickies workwear because it was inexpensive, widely available, and built to last. The workwear aesthetic also appealed to skaters who were rejecting the more polished, mainstream styles of the time in favor of something more rugged and authentic.

Cost: $19.99 + 2% import fee (may differ based on the item).

Orders do not ship the same day. All Australian orders first come into our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This means dispatch can take up to 3 business days after your order is placed.

Remote Areas
