Safety Instructions:

- To switch the system OFF, press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds and then release the button. Do not hold longer than 10 seconds, otherwise the system will be reset to default instead of turned off.

Waiheke Island Delivery Surcharge
- Surcharge: $30 due to high courier surcharges.
- Recommendation: Consider delivering to a friend in Auckland City who can bring it out.

Orders do not ship the same day. All Australian orders first come into our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This means dispatch can take up to 3 business days after your order is placed.
Multiple Items in an Order
If you order multiple items, they will all be collated at our Auckland HQ warehouse and shipped together. Your order will arrive to you in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural and remote areas in Australia (WA, NT, Far North QLD, etc.) may take longer than the standard 4–6 business days.
