SUPERTECH Alpinestars Absolute Vision™ polycarbonate lenses feature a specifically designed geometry in order to focus light correctly into the retina, thus avoiding the need for the eye to constantly adjust in order to focus on different objects while looking ahead and changing view angles.
- The accuracy of geometry is achieved with high-precision mold technology and specialized high-end diamond polishing of the top quality, impact resistant polycarbonate injection-molded compound. This ensures zero visual distortion through the lens.
- Alpinestars Super-Lock® keeps the Vision injected lens secure and sealed tightly in position. This system allows the rider to quickly and securely swap out the lens to another lens or Roll-Off system.
- The Supertech Goggles’ expansive field of view provides exceptional peripheral vision, designed to integrate seamlessly with Alpinestars’ ULTRA-WIDE 48mm Roll-Off system.
- SUPERTECH frame and Alpinestars exclusive Roll-Offs System are designed to keep the canisters outside of rider’s field of view, further improving the field of vision.
- The solid outer frame creates a shield against debris and roost. The outer frame is double-injected to a soft, conforming inner frame made from exclusive A-FLEX face-forming material, allowing it to adapt to varying face shapes for an exceptional seal and fit.
- The Supertech 3D molded, multi-layer face foam creates a comfortable fit for nearly every face shape. The strategically molded design ensures a perfect seal, a wide-open field of view, and effective sweat management demanded by pro riders.
- The goggles’ innovative moisture channel acts as a gutter to direct sweat away from the goggles lens, preventing drips or splashes. This channel guides sweat to run across the top and down the sides of the frame.
- The Supertech Goggles’ Forced-Air Ventilation System and frame design are strategically positioned to allow air to flow under the goggles and through the 100 PPI vents, ensuring maximum ventilation.
- The 13-degree Strap Wedge positions the 45mm silicone-backed strap perfectly on the helmet, ensuring an even pull on the goggles for the best fit all around.
- The 45mm injected buckles replace the traditional fold-and-sew system, providing a sleeker, low-profile strap with easy adjustability. The 45mm woven strap with silicone traction ensures everything stays in place whether on the track or trail.

Products showing "In Stock – Ships from Hyper Warehouse" are stocked at our Auckland warehouse and are normally dispatched within 1 business day, unless a different timeframe is shown on the product listing, at checkout, or in your order confirmation.
Supplier / Logistics Warehouse
Products showing "Ships Direct from Supplier", "Ships from logistics warehouse" or similar wording are dispatched directly from one of our suppliers. These items are normally dispatched within 1 working day unless a different processing timeframe is displayed.
Specific Dispatch Timeframes
Some products require extra processing time. For example, "Logistics Warehouse – Allow approx. 2 working days before dispatch" or "Aus Stock – Dispatch in approx. 7–10 working days". Where a specific timeframe is displayed against an item, that timeframe applies.
Dispatch Time vs Delivery Time
Dispatch time is the time required for your item to leave the Hyper Ride warehouse or supplier warehouse. Courier delivery time begins after the item has been dispatched.
The dispatch timeframe shown against the individual product on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation takes priority over the general timeframes on this page.
If your order contains products from more than one dispatch location, your items may be sent separately and arrive at different times. Each parcel may also have a different courier and tracking number.

Rural Delivery
Rural deliveries can take an additional 1–3 working days. Exact delivery times can vary depending on the local rural courier route and service frequency.
Signature Required
Orders are sent signature required by default. If you provide permission to leave in your shipping notes, the courier may leave the parcel without a signature where their service allows.
PO Box Delivery
Orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse via NZ Post can be delivered to PO Boxes. Supplier-direct PO Box delivery depends on the supplier's nominated courier. If required, we may contact you for a physical street address.
Shipping Days
Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Working-day dispatch and delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or edits before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
Tracking
For orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse, NZ Post tracking is automatically emailed once the courier collects and scans your parcel. Supplier-direct tracking is not always supplied automatically, so please contact us if your expected dispatch timeframe has passed and you have not received tracking.

Hyper Ride Warehouse Tracking
Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Different Couriers
Split orders may use different courier companies and have separate tracking numbers. Please check the dispatch information shown against each item in your order confirmation.

- Orders dispatched directly from a supplier are sent using the supplier's nominated courier.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
