Sitting one level down from the flagship SE5 Carbon helmet, the SE5 Composite packs a serious punch in the value-for-money stakes. With the same level of detailed graphics and incredible artwork seen throughout the SE5 Carbon range, the Composite option features an aerospace fiberglass composite shell as opposed to the carbon shell of its more expensive counterpart. While making the helmet slightly heavier than the carbon option, the Composite SE5 certainly doesn't skimp on the safety features, making it one of the safest helmets on the market at a more affordable price point than the carbon lineup. The new SE5 Composite works overtime to deliver the unique style and flair that Troy Lee Designs is famous for, in a state-of-the-art helmet that takes head protection to a whole new level.
The SE5 Composite features an aerospace fiberglass composite shell, lightweight stainless steel d-rings, dual density EPS, in-molded MIPS brain protection system, EPP chin bar liner with collarbone suspension system, quick release XT2 3D cheek pads and a X-Static / XT2 washable liner, and smart shear plastic visor screws for easy impact break-away.

Rural Delivery Information
Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

$25 shipping plus a 2% import fee. The fee may vary depending on the item.
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from dispatch.
Orders do not ship same-day. Processing and export prep can take up to 3 business days.
There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
