MotorCoater Aerosol is easy to apply, offers superb coverage and produces a professional finish. For best spray performance, gently heat the can to 20-25�C in a warm water prior to use.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of rust and loose paint. Lightly sand smooth and glossy surfaces or use a primer to maximise adhesion.
APPLICATION
The ideal spray can temperature for ensuring optimal propellant-paint mixture for spraying is between around 20 and 25�C. Gently heat the can in warm water prior to spraying if necessary. Shake can vigorously for at least 1 minute after the mixing ball begins to rattle. Hold can approximately 15-20cm from surface to be sprayed and apply two or more light coats a few minutes apart.
Recoat within 1 hour or after 24 hours. Full cure after 7 days.
After use invert can and spray for several seconds to clean valve.
Theoretical coverage up to 4m2 at 25 micron dry film thickness. Recommended dft 37-50 micron

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
