The double$down Pickup is a wave catching machine.
Wide Outline, lots of Volume, medium rocker. All of this means more waves for you!
Ideal for bigger surfers, ideal for smaller waves, it will perform at its best in waves around head high.
A wide pintail with a Thruster fin setup, so will hold and carve in steeper waves, but when its mushy theres still enough volume to get on every wave. It will suit beach breaks or point waves and the pintail means it will not skip out once the waves start getting bigger either.
Its PU construction has been the industry standard for years, and for piece of mind it has Heavy 6 x 6 glass, so you know it will outlast most EPOXY boards on the market these days. Perfect when the wind is up and there is chop on the face, this board will punch through it all.
The finboxes are FCS2 style so you have the biggest range of fins on the market to suit your surfing style, it is recommended you go for a Large or XL fin to accomodate for this bigger board outline.

Delivery times for rural areas can vary depending on how often couriers service your location. Some rural deliveries may only be serviced once a week, so we recommend checking with your local rural courier if timing is important.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

$25 shipping plus a 2% import fee. The fee may vary depending on the item.
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days from dispatch.
Orders do not ship same-day. Processing and export prep can take up to 3 business days.
There are currently no express shipping options available for Australia.
We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
