Larger Items

- Delivery: Orders placed between 8am-2.30pm will be delivered between 6pm-9pm on the same day.

- Delivery Time: Up to 10 days based on location within New Zealand.
- Cost: Auckland $29, Rest of the North Island $69, South Island $99.
- Note: Surfboards, Roof Boxes, and Large Bike Racks require special transport arrangements.
Rural Delivery Surcharge
- Surcharge: $9.99 for any rural delivery.
- Note: We recommend delivery to a non-rural town or workplace to avoid this surcharge.
Waiheke Island Delivery Surcharge
- Surcharge: $30 due to high courier surcharges.
- Recommendation: Consider delivering to a friend in Auckland City who can bring it out.

- Rural Delivery Information: Please be aware that delivery times for rural areas may vary based on the frequency of service in your specific location. Rural couriers may visit some areas once a week. To ensure accurate delivery information for your rural address, we recommend contacting your local rural courier service.

At Hyper Ride, we are committed to delivering your order as swiftly as possible. All our Australian shipments are handled by Team Global Express.
Shipping Schedule
All products are dispatched during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm). Please note that our daily order cutoff time is 3 PM NZ time. Orders placed outside of business hours, during public holidays, and on weekends will be processed on the next business day, as courier companies do not operate during those times.

Customs and Duty Charges
For international orders, it's essential to be aware of potential customs or import duties. These charges are applied when the parcel reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We cannot be held responsible for any additional charges incurred, nor can we accept a return in such cases. As an established and ethical business, we do not engage in illegal practices such as marking international orders as gifts to bypass or reduce customs fees.
