DESCRIPTION

- The seat comes originally with the necessary hardware to install the seat in a rack pannier or in the frame. If you have 2 different bicycles back at home, with this model you will be able to place the seat either on the frame or in the rack of your bicycle.

The Bobike ONE lets you and your child(ren) explore the city by bike in a safe and unique way. And due to its One System Fits all, you can easily with this model use it on the frame or in the rack pannier of your bicycle.
Bobike ONE also features an EASY mounting system, which allows you to install and remove the seat in a breeze and without any tool, and even change it between bicycles if you have an E-BD or 1P bracket as a spare part.

ONE SYSTEM FITS ALL
- The seat comes equipped with the required hardware for installation on both a frame and a luggage rack.
- If you want to always use it on the frame, but you have a second bicycle with a rack system, then you just need to ask for an E-BD mounting system as a spare part, and with only 1 seat you can use it in a bicycle on the frame, and in another bicycle on the pannier rack.
- If you have a second bicycle, but you need to use it also on the frame, you just order an extra bracket and you will be able to easily move the seat to your other bicycle, with no tools, and in a couple of seconds.
FRAME-MOUNTED
- Fits round and oval seat tubes with a diameter between Ø28 – 40 mm.
- Requires an available tube length of 80 mm and was specially designed to accommodate the brake cable preventing it from being pinched.
E-BD MOUNTING SYSTEM FOR RACK PANNIERS
- The clamps of the seat mounting system attach to the luggage bicycle rack.
- Luggage Rack width – 120 – 175 mm
- Luggage rack oval/round tube dimensions – Ø 10 – 16 mm
- If your rack was wider tubes, or another shape other than oval you can also look for this spare.
- The rear seat doesn’t include the rack, but it comes with a versatile E-BD mounting system that can be attached to almost any rack.
- After the E-BD is attached to the carrier, the seat quickly and easily snaps into place, due to the EASY Mount system.
- This easy-mounting system is great for storing your seat quickly. It’s tool-free and lets you remove and attach the seat in seconds, leaving the mounting parts on the rack.
- Compatible carrier load capacity minimum 27 kg, in accordance with ISO 11243:2016. Rack not included.
DOUBLE SAFETY
- Our double-walled construction is made up of two sturdy walls, with the outer wall being slightly softer to ensure a comfortable ride for your child. The inner wall is designed to be more rigid and creates a void between the two walls, which means that if the seat gets impacted, it won’t touch your child.
- We take safety very seriously, which is why we double the standard! Our seat has been rigorously tested in both the Bobike Test Centre and real-world conditions to ensure your child’s safety. Not only that, but we always double the international safety standards, so you can rest assured that not only is the Bobike seat safe to use, but it’s double-safe to use!
- To make sure you and your child are visible to others, we’ve also integrated a rear reflector.
HARNESS SYSTEM
- The bike seat has a three-point harness that goes over the child’s head before it buckles into the seat. The shoulder straps can be adjusted in three different spots.?
FOOTRESTS
- Footrests keep your child’s feet safely tucked away.? To adjust, you simply lift the lever up and push or pull the tray to the correct height.
- The help keep the feet in place, there are rubber foot straps that easily fold over the child’s foot and then hook into place.?

Supplier / Logistics Warehouse
Products showing "Ships Direct from Supplier", "Ships from logistics warehouse" or similar wording are dispatched directly from one of our suppliers. These items are normally dispatched within 1 working day unless a different processing timeframe is displayed.
Specific Dispatch Timeframes
Some products require extra processing time. For example, "Logistics Warehouse – Allow approx. 2 working days before dispatch" or "Aus Stock – Dispatch in approx. 7–10 working days". Where a specific timeframe is displayed against an item, that timeframe applies.

Dispatch time is the time required for your item to leave the Hyper Ride warehouse or supplier warehouse. Courier delivery time begins after the item has been dispatched.

Signature Required
Orders are sent signature required by default. If you provide permission to leave in your shipping notes, the courier may leave the parcel without a signature where their service allows.
PO Box Delivery

Tracking
For orders shipped from our Auckland warehouse, NZ Post tracking is automatically emailed once the courier collects and scans your parcel. Supplier-direct tracking is not always supplied automatically, so please contact us if your expected dispatch timeframe has passed and you have not received tracking.

Hyper Ride Warehouse Tracking
Hyper Ride warehouse orders are shipped using NZ Post. Tracking is automatically forwarded to you once NZ Post collects and scans the parcel. Tracking may not show movement until the first courier scan has taken place.
Supplier Tracking
Supplier-direct orders use the supplier's nominated courier. Tracking details are not always automatically forwarded to us or to the customer. If the dispatch timeframe shown against your product has passed, email us and we can request the tracking for you.
Orders From Multiple Locations
If your order contains products from the Hyper Ride warehouse and one or more supplier warehouses, the items may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
Different Couriers
Split orders may use different courier companies and have separate tracking numbers. Please check the dispatch information shown against each item in your order confirmation.

Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking, Customs & Returns
Tracking Your Order
You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
