The Giro Insurgent™ Spherical is focused on delivering the protection that our top riders demand, from the Enduro World Series to Red Bull Rampage. Our engineers maximized the intake points for cool, fresh air while optimizing the exhaust ports and connecting it all with deep channels. A lightweight, soft-touch and absorbent pad set includes a brow pad with dedicated flange to route sweat away from your eyes. Two differ-ent cheek pads are included with each of the three sizes, allowing for a customizable fit, and are secured via a directional snap system allowing for easy removal in case of a crash. At 1,040 grams in size M/L, the Insurgent is 200 grams lighter than the Disciple™ Mips despite adding features including the advanced protection performance of Spherical Technology™. Insurgent Spherical utilizes a pair of foam layers that work like a ball and socket to redirect impact energy in a crash. One layer is EPS, which is well suited to high-speed crashes. The other is a lower density EPP foam with rebound characteristics to address low-speed, roll-around-in-the-dirt-type spills. Additional features include a patent-pending Flex Gasket along the lower edge of the helmet, designed to reduce the role a helmet can play in certain collarbone impacts, tool-free breakaway visor bolts with integrated Allen key receiver for easy removal, and a central visor bolt hole, which does double-duty as the ideal mount for P.O.V. action cameras. The Giro Insurgent Spherical is truly optimized protection for riders redefining what is possible in progressive mountain biking.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot process cancellations or edits.

We do not ship surfboards or stand-up paddleboards to Australia. We also cannot deliver to post shops or PO Boxes — a residential or business street address is required.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
