High-Performance Batteries
- When it comes to batteries for electric bikes, bigger is always better. The battery for the Fat Pax comes in at 52 Volts and 17.5 Amp Hours. What does that mean? Simply put, a higher voltage battery is able to deliver the same amount of power using less current, this means you'll get awesome power from your bike while generating less heat in the motor and controller. A higher voltage also allows you to get more range out of your bike before you notice any loss in power. Amp hours can be thought of as the amount of gas your battery can hold. A higher amp hour number means you'll get more range per charge. We regularly have customers tell us they're able to ride up to, and even over, 50 miles per charge.

How Australian Orders Work
Order Processing
Orders do not ship same-day. All Australian orders first arrive at our Auckland HQ warehouse, where they are collated and processed for export. This can take up to 3 business days before dispatch.
Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple items, we’ll collate them at our Auckland HQ and ship them together so your order arrives in full.
Remote Areas
Delivery to rural or remote parts of Australia, including WA, NT, and Far North QLD, may take longer than the standard 4–6 business day estimate.
Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm NZ time. Our daily processing cut-off is 3:00pm NZ time. Orders placed after this, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

You’ll automatically receive a Team Global Express tracking link once your parcel leaves Auckland and is scanned into the carrier network.
Customs & Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach Australia. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Hyper Ride cannot control, predict, or waive these fees, and we cannot mark orders as gifts.
