Returns are FREE on almost everything except surfboards and other large bulky items
The Refund goes straight back on to the card you used to purchase the item

Tips for a smooth returns process
Return items as received
Return the items in the exact condition they were received. If the packaging is damaged or the swing tags are missing, we may reject the return. If the item comes back in unfit condition, it will be sent back to you, and the return will be rejected.
Avoid damaging original packaging
Do not stick the courier ticket directly onto the product packaging. For instance, avoid taping it onto a shoebox. We cannot resell items with compromised packaging.
Returns must be resalable
Our ability to accept returns relies on the items being in resalable condition, including their original packaging. Freight costs are not refunded on regular returns.

Australian Customers

30-Day Returns
Return items within 30 days in original condition with swing tags for a refund. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. Our extended Christmas returns period runs until the end of January.
Faulty Returns
Follow the return process and we’ll inspect your item within two working days. If needed, we’ll send it for repair or refund. Some issues may require manufacturer approval.
Warranties
Snapped boards are not covered under warranty. Warranties for manufacturing defects require supplier assessment, which may take up to 20 working days. Please note, any signs of misuse will void the warranty.
Why No Exchanges?
We offer a wide range of products from different locations, which makes exchanges tricky due to fluctuating stock levels. Instead, we process returns promptly and issue a full refund, so you can simply reorder the correct size or item.
If the size you need is available on the website now, we recommend purchasing it straight away to avoid missing out. Then just send the incorrect item back using the returns form above — we’ll email you a free courier ticket, so there’s no cost to return something that doesn’t fit.
