Christmas Deliveries

 

DELIVERY TIMES

North Island: 1-2 working days*
South Island: 2-5 working days*

Place your order by 12 noon on Thursday the 22nd of December in order to receive it before Christmas Day* (See T's & C's at the bottom of this page).

We will however be shipping orders on Friday the 23rd December - In most cases these will arrive on the 29th and 30th of December.

We will be shipping orders on all business days throughout the holiday period (including the 23rd of December), except the 31st of December.

Remember if you are away on holiday we can courier your order to your holiday spot anywhere in New Zealand and even Australia!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
> Items ordered on Wednesday 21st & Thursday 22rd December must be items that state on the Product page "In stock at Hyper Ride". Our Guaranteed Delivery excludes items which state on the product page "Not available instore | Ships in 24-48 hours" as these items need to come from another location.

> Rural Deliveries:  You need to allow an extra 1-3 days. We suggest you get your item sent to an address which is not a R.D address at this time of year.

> Large items: Such as Surfboards (6'6" and over) and Stand Up Paddles Boards have to be shipped via Toll, their times are 2-4 days longer than Post Haste.

> Allow another 1-2 workings days for products which state 'Not available instore | Ships in 24-48 hours' as these products are in another warehouse

>  Hyper is NOT in control of the courier companies, however we will endeavour to do all we can for your parcel to reach you on time.
